I enjoyed fine views from my room, right by the sea, and was thrilled to find many nearby dining options like the Olive Tree Restaurant, just a short walk away, allowing me to explore local cuisine easily.

I went there with my two sisters and we stayed for one week. The hotel is familiar, close to the beach (beach is not so espectacular, but nice) & to the lively life(shops, restaurants). I recommend to hiere a car for 2-3 days (90-120€) & visit the whole island- it is georgous with lots of spectacular beaches& historical places. The cleaning of the hotel is very good & the equipement better than standard (you have even products for washing up). The size of the room was a bit small, but we managed to instal us. The bus stop is close to the hotel, so you can go to Chania in about 30min. For sure I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

The wifi conection in the room was not working most of the days, you had to go down, close to the reception or to the pool to get better conection.

We loved the gorgeous view from our room over the pool and the sea. The amazing breakfast spread with fresh fruit every day. The staff were just the friendliest. Special shoutout to Maria at reception who helped us sort out our car hire, such a lifesaver!

The gym could seriously use some attention. Was pretty dusty, didn't expect that from a luxury spot.

The property was truly exceptional with really helpful staff from first arriving the security guard who greeted us at the early hours of the morning and took us to our room, I enjoyed the stay. The location was stunning, a 10-15 minute walking distance from War Shelter of Platanias Museum.

This place suits me perfectly, with the outdoor swimming pool, 24-hour reception, and massage services. The staff once helped me with an insect bite, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay!

My Standard Room with Side Sea View was spacious, with a cozy balcony perfect for sunbathing. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a delicious variety of fresh fruits and pastries every morning. The reception staff, especially Marion, were really good too ensure my stay was comfortable.

The entrance to the sea posed a tricky challenge, with a large slippery stone platform making it less inviting for easy swimming. On several mornings, breakfast seating felt disorganized, with waits that were slightly annoying, likely stemming from limited staff. Some amenities, such as the air conditioning, appeared inefficient, which could leave guests feeling stuffy at night.

Spent a fantastic week at the Menia Beach Hotel in July. The apartment was spacious and well-maintained, close to the beach which was a major plus. I loved how clean everything was, with housekeeping making sure our place sparkled six days a week. The staff always greeted me with a smile, especially at the restaurant where there was a wide variety of food options to choose from. The hotel felt more geared towards families rather than couples. The pool area was packed with kids, and finding a sunbed became a test of early morning stamina. I also faced quite a hassle when I reported a broken window, the response was a bit dismissive. The noise from the nearby restaurant during the evening could be an issue for those wanting peace and quiet.

Beach access was perfect, but I noticed the Wi-Fi could be spotty at times.

The room was awesome with a big balcony, a minibar stocked with water and wine, and a tv. Breakfast was great, with endless fruits and homemade pastries. The pools were super clean and had fine views. The staff were really helpful, especially Maria at reception, who organized my car rental. There were also plenty of sunbeds at the beach.
